The short version

Years of building sites nobody knew I built

I have spent my career inside agency teams, building and ranking sites for clients who never heard my name. Ecommerce, WordPress, technical SEO, the unglamorous work that decides whether a site earns anything.

Now that work goes out under my own name. Mostly rebuilds of sites that were never built properly, and sites that look finished but have never brought anybody through the door.

I am based in St Helens. I take on a small number of clients so that each one gets actual attention, and I will tell you when a job is not worth doing.

What I know

Three things I know properly

Not a list of everything I will take on. These are the three I would back myself on.

The build side

Bespoke WordPress themes with ACF, plus Shopify and Drupal. Hand coded templates rather than page builders, because builders are what make a site slow and impossible to change two years later.

The search side

Crawl and index problems, site architecture, internal linking and Core Web Vitals. The technical layer that decides whether anything you publish ever ranks.

The ecommerce side

Catalogues, checkouts and product feeds across Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. Built for shops carrying real traffic, not demo stores.

How I work

How a project actually runs

Scope first, then code
You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything is built. If something changes, you see the new number before I start it, not on the invoice.
A live link from week one
You watch it come together on a staging site instead of waiting until the end to find out what you paid for.
Handover you can actually use
Logins in your name, hosting on your account, and a walkthrough of the parts you will touch. Nothing is held hostage.
Reported in clicks and enquiries
Measured against the same period before, in plain numbers, not a dashboard export you have to interpret yourself.

So what are you trying to fix?

A short call, no pitch. If it is not something I should be doing, I will say so and point you at who should.
