I am in St Helens and most of my work is within half an hour of it. The pages below are the places I have done enough work to say something useful about. If your town is not here it does not mean I cannot help, it means I have not earned a page about it yet.

Search engine optimisation
Local search, by town
Local rankings are won town by town, so each one gets its own page rather than a list of place names.
Being local is useful, not essential
Half the work I do never involves meeting anyone. A written scope, a staging link and a phone call covers it, and plenty of clients are nowhere near Merseyside.
Where being local genuinely helps is local search, because Google cares where you are and I can go and look at the place. For a build, it makes no difference at all.
